From drop off to pick up, the process takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks. During this time, the beef is aged for 10 to 14 days for optimal tenderness and flavor. Each cut is vacuum sealed, frozen solid, frozen solid, and boxed-- ready for easy transport and storage. From our facility to your freezer, we ensure quality and convince every step of the way!
Custom processing is a perfect option for farmers looking to provide beef directly to customers who purchase a half or whole animal before processing. With this option, farmers can also fill their own freezers!
Farmers who process their beef under USDA inspection can sell their products across state lines. This allows farmers to expand their business opportunities. All products will feature your farm name and logo, cut name, certified weight, and lot number for traceability.
